It would assist the County Office, Leagues and clubs, if when reporting misconduct relating to youth matches, that the age group is identified in match details.
Clearly there is some confusion about the reporting of a player that is sent off having been cautioned for a second time in the match. Unfortunately, the procedure varies county to county, but in Surrey both cautions should be on the same form with 'S7' inserted in the offence brackets.
